1. OPENING TECHNOLOGY AND SPECIFIC FORMATS

2. MULTILEVEL STENCILS (STEP UP / STEP DOWN)
For PCBs with a variety of components, we offer multi-level stencils that adjust the thickness of the apertures according to the type of pad: thicker for larger terminals (step up) and thinner for fine-pitch (step out). This optimizes solder volume, improves paste release, and ensures reliable solder joints in mixtures of BGAs, QFNs, and ultra-fine-pitch chips, without bridging or insufficient solder.
3. PREMIUM FINISHES FOR PRODUCTIVITY
To boost your production line’s productivity, we offer premium finishes: electropolishing (mirror-smooth inner walls for seamless paste flow) and nano-coating (residue-repellent, extending the time between cleanings).
