It is the first printed circuit board factory in Brazil to obtain this certification.
Underwriters Laboratories (UL) is an organization founded in 1894 in the United States. It is responsible for product certification and safety. The UL mark appears on many products, particularly in the electrotechnical field. Products exported to the United States and Canada typically require classification in accordance with current UL rules and standards.
An important role is, for example, the flammability classification of plastics according to the UL94 criterion (UL94= Tests for Flammability of Plastic Materials for Parts in Devices and Applications).
Since 1998, Circuibras has had its products and processes approved by UL. Its registration number is E193328.
Circuibras maintains full control over its processes. Its Quality Management System is certified by Bureau Veritas. All printed circuit board manufacturing processes are controlled and managed under this system.
Circuibras manages both immediate and long-term environmental impacts, assuring stakeholders that its environmental management system meets the specific environmental standards for the manufacture of printed circuit boards through BVQI certification.
