Circuibras' Engineering Department is made up of a team with extensive know-how in analyzing and handling Gerber files. The main software used for editing is Genesis2000, a CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) tool that guarantees agility, precision and security when handling electronic files. With a dynamic and intuitive interface, Genesis 2000 makes it possible to adapt and optimize the Gerbers, generating most of the outputs required for the Printed Circuit Board manufacturing processes.

SIMULATIONS FOR IMPEDANCE CONTROL
Circuibras' Engineering Department carries out Stackup simulations for Impedance Control Boards. These simulations are carried out using the In Solver software in the pre-production stage. Based on the Stackup, resistance values (Ω), width of the tracks to be impedance-controlled and the insulation specified by the customer, simulations are carried out to detect whether or not adjustments need to be made to the documentation. When any discrepancies are identified, the Circuibras Engineering team will contact the customer to deal with the matter in more detail.
